Gymkhana was to be built beside the Boat Club, Roorkee. The requirements were to have a Swimming Hall, a Gymnasium, a Meeting space, a Restaurant and a Library along with a Childrens play area and adequate parking space. The solution was to have a creative circulation within the site. The main complex was connected to the restaurant and library with a skywalk, where people can enjoy the river in front. The children play area was kept aloof from the busy road using levels. The quality of space were given equal importance as the forms of the buildings.
